CrownPages may facilitate SMS messages on behalf of businesses using our platform when a consumer submits a Connect or Visit request form and explicitly agrees to receive text messages at the phone number provided.

By checking the separate SMS consent box on a CrownPages form, you agree to receive customer care SMS messages related to your request, including confirmations and scheduling updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the service, and consumers may submit their request without opting in to SMS.

7.2 Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the business you contacted. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

7.3 Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages for that request unless you opt back in.
